Hey there...

I’m so glad you’re here. It’s truly an honor that you’d like to learn more about me.

At my core, I’m a queer-identified individual whose journey has been shaped by resilience, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to the LGBTQ+ community. Like so many, my story includes overcoming childhood challenges, trauma, and adversity. But over time, I’ve come to see those experiences not as defining me, but as refining me. They shaped my determination to embrace who I truly am and live authentically.

As I found my own voice, I felt called to use it to help others in the LGBTQ+ community. Today, as a coach and advocate, I work to amplify the voices of those who are often overlooked, while pushing for inclusivity and equity in every space. My mission is to empower LGBTQ+ professionals to feel seen, valued, and confident in embracing their authentic selves—because I believe that’s where our true power lies.

Through my work, I’ve realized that our natural strengths—those unique talents we all possess—are the foundation for achieving our goals and creating a life of meaning and fulfillment. That’s why I founded UDOU Coaching & Consulting and became a CliftonStrengths® coach: to guide others in discovering, developing, and leveraging their strengths to overcome challenges and thrive.

I’m sure I don’t have to tell you that, today, the LGBTQ+ community is facing a barrage of challenges. From our fight for rights and equality, and the endless battle to defend “our truth” with family and society, to our own inner struggle with acceptance, self-esteem and self-worth. We wish for a time that we could be ourselves, thrive authentically, define our own success. A time we sometimes doubt will ever exist. But it did!
